DUPONT™ TEFLON® FEP

TEFLON® FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) is a copolymer of hexafluoropropylene and tetrafluoroethylene. It can be described as a fluoropolymer resin having most of the excellent physical, chemical and electrical properties of TEFLON® PTFE fluoropolymer resin but with the ability to be processed using conventional thermoplastics processing equipment.

End products of TEFLON® FEP are known for their excellent chemical resistance, superior electrical properties and high service temperatures of up to 200˙C (400˙F).
In addition, TEFLON® FEP provides outstanding low temperature toughness and unique flame resistance.

Plastic Profiles product line includes grade FEP100 and TE9302N in rod size 1/8” diameter to 6” diameter and sheet thickness 1/16” to 2”.
